Ingredients
1lb gound lean turkeyonion powder3 garlic cloves2 cups of tomato juiceparsleybasiloregano2.5 cups of cooked whole wheat pasta 1cup of 1% cottage cheese1/4 cup parmasan cheese2 egg whites100g mozzarella cheese
Directions
cook pasta till almost done. While pasta cooking, put gound turkey, spices tomato juice and diced tomatoes into skillet and simmer. When pasta is almost done drain and add to skillet.
