Beans, red kidney, .75 cup (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 1 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 8 small (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)*Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)Paprika, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Ground beef, lean, 400 grams (remove)
Directions
Cook meat til brown

Add all the ingredients let simmer for at least 1 hour

Serve with fresh bread
