1 1/4 cups of flour, i used whole wheat1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp salt2 stciks of light maragrine 3/4 cup of splenda3/4 cuo of brown sugar or splenda brown sugar2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla extract3 cups of quick oats 1 s2oz pack of butterscotch morsels
turn oven on 375. let get hot. meanwhile place oleo, sugars and cream together add egg vanilla, and mix, the add dry ingredients and mix then add oatmeal and morsels and mix until well blend. place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. bake 7-8 min for chewy and 9-10 for crunchy. cool 2 min on sheet then transfer to rack to cool completely. YUMMO! makes about 42 - 50 cookies. depending on size.
