T's Eggs-Asparagus-Cheese-Mushroom-Peppers Bake

Ingredients
10 large Egg, fresh1 cup chopped Asparagus, fresh1 cup Mushrooms, fresh1 cup chopped *Peppers, sweet, red, freshKirklands Pecorino Romano Cheese, 2 oz.125 cup Water
Directions
cook mushrooms until soft on top of stove
blanch asparagus

layer mushrooms, peppers, aspargus, mushrooms, then last of the peppers.

mix the eggs and water with salt and pepper pour over mixture

top with cheese put in over
