Ingredients
one medium sweet vidalia onion choppedone medium green bell pepper chopped6 cloves of garlic crushed2 TBSPNs of canola oil or whatever oil you like to cook with4 TBSPNs of thyme4 TBSPNs of oregano4 TBSPNS of salt1.5 cups of mushrooms chopped1.5 jars of preggo roasted garlic and herb sauce1.25 boxes of ronzoni healthy harvest thin spaghetti2 llbs of ground chuck. I've done it with Turkey and its even better!! 2 glasses of red wine
Directions
simple. cook the onions, garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms, oregano, thyme, sale in the canola oil, until done. then add the ground meat (i had to make this with grounf chuck since our little country store doesn't offer ground turkey, but i have made it with ground turkey and it's great, you cannot tell the difference), and mix very well, until that is fully cooked. add the wine, stir it, then add the sauce and about a preggo jar of water. let it boil. add the pasta and let the water boil out to the desired consistency, which usually is just the right amount of time to get the pasta cooked al dente. if you like it cooked longer just add a little more water and wait for it to boil out. i actually add some cinnamon and cardamon to it. weird but good i promise!
