Ingredients
2 lbs London Broil (Top Round)2 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Tbsp Chili Powder1 Tbsp Dried Oregano1 Tbsp Sweet Paprika2 Tbsp Garlic Powder4 pinches Salt15 grinds Black Pepper
Directions
Preheat grill pan to medium-high heat.
Rub meat with olive oil on both sides. Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Rub both sides of meat with the dry rub. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grill meat for 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, a little longer if you wish to have it medium or medium-well.
Remove from the heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing across the grain.

Serves 4-6.

    I made these changes 1) 1.5 lbs London Broil (Top Round) instead of 2 lbs 2) I didn't use salt. It was enough for 2 meals for hubby and me, hot the 1st night and cold the 2nd. It tasted even better cold, sliced thin. - 7/22/09
