Cream of Celery Soup

Ingredients
2 can chicken broth (close to 4 cups)1 large onion, chopped6 cups chopped celery2 Tablespoons table creamsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
place chopped onion and celery into soup pot with chicken broth. Bring to a boil, lower heat, put on lid and simmer for 25 minutes.

Using a stick blender or food processor or blender, chop ingredients until as fine as you like

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add 2 Tablespoons cream and bring heat back up to simmer.

Serve immediately.

Can be frozen
