Dukan - Crabcakes

Ingredients
1 egg8 oz of crab meat1 1/2 tsbp Oat bran1TBS non fat plain yogurt1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning 1 tbsp OnionSalt & Pepper
Directions
If Crab meat is not chopped then you will have to chop it up into small pieces.
Beat the egg, oats and add it to crab meat.
Add onions, old bay seasoning, salt and pepper to the mix.
Spray a pan with non stick cooking spray (No calorie Pam works for me).
Put in oven at about 300 deg.
Crab cakes take about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
