Ingredients
Drain and rinse 4 - 16 oz cans of reduced sodium garbanzosUse garlic press on 4 large cloves of garlicJuice two large lemons or 2/3 cup lemon juice2/3 cup cold water1/3 cup olive oil3 tbsp tahini1.5 tsp of sesame oil1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp cumin Add all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy.Salt and pepper to taste.Garnish with paprika and parsley.Makes 5 cups
