Boneless Skinless Juicy Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- Chicken breast- olive oil- margarine- salt- peppet- seasoning (preference)
Directions
-Pound chicken breast to thickness of about 1/2 inch
-add salt, pepper, seasoning
- heat up the saute pan to medium high and add olive oil and margarine
- add the chicken with the "non shiny" side down - cook for a minute
- turn chicken to shiny side down and cover with lid - cook for 10 minutes
- after 10 minutes, turn chicken and cook for another 10 minutes with lid on
- when time is up, the chicken is ready! Serve with salad, pasta, whatever!! It's yummy!!
