Gourmet Tuna Wrap

1. Mission Multigrain Tortilla2 oz Starkist Tuna in olive oil (had no clue it was made!)1cup of fresh baby spinach leaves1 slice baby swiss cheese10 strips (more or less) of red, green and orange bell peppers.1 slice of onion1/4 of the fruit of an avocado, more or lessabout 1 "packet" size (I guessed 4 Tbsp) of FF Honey Dijon dressing.
Make it ahead of time and "wrap" it the day of. For the salad, first drain the tuna and mix it with two tbsp of salad dressing. Then add the peppers onions and avocado. Let chill.
To assemble place tortilla down and spread with about two tbsp of salad dressing (if you find its too much add remainder in salad). add cheese slice. Add Spinach leaves. Then using an ice cream scoop; scoop ONE serving onto leaves then fold and wrap it. Enjoy!!
