1 cup chopped kale2 oz apple juice1/2 cup frozen mangoes1 medium banana1/2 cup greek yogurt (optional)
Directions
Blend the kale and apple juice until smooth. Then add the rest of the ingredients, the yogurt being optional. Blend until smooth and creamy.
