Blueberry Apple Cinnamon Bread/Muffins

Dry2 cups spelt flour or whole wheat flour1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup ground flaxseed1 tablespoon cinnamon1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon saltWet1 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup milk1/2 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt1 teaspoon vanilla extract2/3-1 cup blueberries
Preheat oven to 325. In separate bowls, mix the dry and wet ingredients. Gently stir wet into dry and pour batter into 18 regular muffin cups (or 12 large muffins, or a 9 x 5 bread pan).
*Note too much blueberries in muffins will result in very loose muffin consistency that will easily fall apart and fail to maintain form.
For muffins - bake 25-30 minutes
For bread - bake 55-60 minutes
