Simple Grilled Tuna Wrap

Ingredients
Directions
1 can of tuna in water1 tbsp light mayo1 slice of cheese (I use vegan or low-fat american)1/4 cup diced tomato2 6-inch tortillas (or 1 larger tortilla)
1. Drain tuna
2. In a small dish, mix tuna with light mayo.
3. Spread mixture onto tortillas
4. Add diced tomatoes and 1/2 slice of cheese
5. Close the tortilla and place on the grill (I use a George Foreman for this, but a Panini Press would be great too.) until tortilla is lightly browned and cheese has melted.
Enjoy!
