Granola Cereal

Ingredients
6 cups dry oatmeal1 cup butter, melted1.25cup brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1.5 tsp vanilla extract1.5 cup coconut (optional) 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Mix all ingredients except raisins. Add 1cup melted butter.
Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes. Stir.
Bake 12 more minutes. Add raisings after baking.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup sized serving - i estimate yield of around 14 or so
