Antioxidant muffins

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1/2 cup flax meal1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 Teaspoon baking powder2 eggsLight Olive oil1 cup of applesauce ( can use blueberry applesauce babyfood)1 mashed banana 1/4 cup chopped pecans1/4 cup dried cherries
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Combine eggs, applesauce, banana, and oil. Mix until just combined add in pecans and cherries. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or till brown.
