Elizabeth's Turkey Taco "Scramble" (Revised 5/25/11)

Ingredients
1 pkg Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey1 Medium Zucchini, Diced2 Large Bell Pepper, Diced1 Cup Onions, Diced1 Cup Mushrooms, Diced1 Cup Salsa, Southwest Salsa (Safeway Select brand)1.5 Cups Brown Rice, Cookied
Directions
Saute all vegetables (I use a little non-fat cooking spray and a few tbsp of water) - set aside
Brown turkey
Add salsa and heat a few minutes
Combine all ingredients and serve!
