14 oz. mixed light and dark meat chicken, chopped, no skin.7 Tbsp. light mayonaise2 tsp. spicy brown mustard2 stalks celery, chopped1/2 apple, chopped1/6 cup Ocean Spray craisins
Mix all ingredients, add to your favorite whole grain bread or wrap, or just eat with a fork. Refrigerate what you don't eat right away. Enjoy.
