Glowing Green Smoothie

Ingredients
Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 12 inner leaf (remove)Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 9 oz (remove)Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)Pears, fresh, 1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) (remove)Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)*Lemon Juice, 2 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Starting with lettuce, spinache and 1/2 a cup of water blend in a blender on low speed, then add chopped celery, apple and pear adding more water if needed and increasing the speed add in banana and any water that is left, blend until smooth, drink one serving and store rest in in glass containers and freeze, thaw over night in refrigerator, now you have made enough breakfast for half of your week.

    Green smoothies take a little bit of taste-adjustment; this one is kind of like the smoothie-equivalent of the Mean Green juice (popularized in Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead), if you ask me.

    If you like that, try this.
