Ingredients
1. 4 cloves of garlic2.1 onion3.4 tbsp sunflower oil4.250gm prawns5.150gm lettuce6.150gm fried tofu7.540gm Ramen8. 0.5 tsp ABC Ketup Manis9.2.5tbsp Oyster Sauce10. 0.5 tsp salt11. dash of black pepper12. 3 tbsp light soy sauce13. 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
Directions
1. Dice garlic & onions
2.stir fry lettuce and leave aside
3. heat oil, add garlic and onions, add prawns & Ramen noodles
4.add in sauces,salt and pepper and stir fry well
5.add in cooked lettuce and cook for another 2 mins
