Smoked Salmon Egg Muffins

Ingredients
7 egg whites1 whole egg100 grams Smoked Salmon slices1/4 of a medium sized onion (diced) 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes 1/4 cup Milk (nonfat )50 ml of evaporated nonfat milk (canned) 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Grease muffin pan (makes 9 muffins). Place slices of salmon and rinsed diced tomatoes in greased pan.

Mix egg, egg whites, milk, garlic powder, diced onion and cracked pepper.

Pour egg mixture into muffin pan.

Bake at 190C until golden brown.

Serve warm.
