Neufchatel Cheese, 24 oz *Sucralose (like Splenda), 1 cup Egg, fresh, 3 jumbo Sour Cream, 16 ozVanilla Extract, 3 tsp
Have cream cheese and eggs at room temp, have oven preheated to 325 degrees. Combine cream cheese and splenda together, then add 1 egg at a time and continue blending, then add vanilla and sour cream and continue blending until combined. pour into a greased and paper lined 9 inch spring form cake pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 min, then turn off oven and prop open door and let cake sit for 1 hour, then remove from oven and refrigerate after it has completely cooled. Makes 8 generous servings.
