Ingredients
32 8" tortillas16 eggs4 cups shredded cheese2 lbs italian chicken sausagelarge jar of salsa
Directions
divide sausage and eggs into 4ths. cook up sausage in large frying pan, then add eggs to cook together. Each batch should make 8 burritos. Spoon egg/sausage mixture on to tortilla, add a handful of cheese and a spoonful of salsa. Roll it up and wrap in saran wrap.
