Spelt Waffles with flax meal

Ingredients
2.5 cups Whole Grain Spelt Flour1 Tbs. Baking Powder1 tsp. Sea Salt1/4 cup Granulated Fructose (or Sugar)1/6 cup Oil or Melted Butter2 Medium Eggs2 cups nonfat Milk1 Tbs. Vanilla Extract1 Tbs. ground flax meal
Directions
Mix everything together and pour in small batches in waffle iron. Bake for 1-2 minutes. Can be frozen or kept in fridge and reaheated in toaster.
