Oatmeal Raisin Pecan Small Tin Cookie

2/3 cup soft butter1 egg1 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract6 oz Pecan Pieces1 1/2 cup Xylitol1 cup Oat Flour1 tsp baking powder2 cups Rolled Oates1 cup Raisins1/2 tsp Cloves
Combine butter and xylitol. Add unbeaten egg and beat until well blended. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Blend in vanilla, oats, pecans and raisins. Spray small muffin tin pan, put in about a tablespoon of mixture. Cook for 15 - 25 minutes at 350 degrees until done. Cool and freeze.
