Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins - Whole Grain

Ingredients
Directions
3 c Whole Wheat Flour1.5 c Uncooked Oats4 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 c milk.5 c canola oil4 large eggs.5 c honey (optional)
Mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl (or liquid mixing cup) mix liquid ingredients. Combine and add blueberries. Spoon into muffin cups and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Variations include:
add a package of cream cheese
use any combination of berries and/or nuts
try the base muffin with 1 c shredded cheddar cheese and 6 pieces of cooked crumbled bacon.
