Baked Breaded Tilapia

4 Tilapia Filets1 cup Bread crumbs, plain 2 tsp Italian Seasoning1 tsp Adobo Powder 1 tsp Goya Sazon1 tbsp Onion powder.5 tbsp Pepper, blackButter, unsalted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease dish you will be cooking tilapia in with butter, melt remaining butter and mix it into the bread crumbs. Add Italian seasoning, Adobo, Sazon, and onion powers to bread crumbs and mix.
Lay tilapia filets side by side and sprinkle with pepper (salt is optional, but not required). Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over the fish and bake for 18 minutes. If you desire slightly toasted bread crumbs, place dish in broiler for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
Serving Size: Makes 4 filets that can be cut down as desired
