Low-fat/Low calorie Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup Splenda1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup egg substitute1/2 cup smooth peanut butter1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup flour
Directions
Mix all wet ingredients separate from dry ingredients, then mix the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Roll dough into balls or drop teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Press flat with a floured fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
