salmon and asparagus bake

Ingredients
-1 lb salmon filet-1 lb fresh asparagus spears-3 tbsp minced red onion-1 tbsp capers-3 tbsp lemon juice-1 tsp thyme-black pepper-2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
Directions
-mix 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, capers, and red onion
-make some slashes in the salmon filet
-line baking sheet with asparagus and drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over
-top with salmon filet and spread mixture on top
-bake at 450F for 20 minutes
