Whole wheat pancakes

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp Salt, 1 dash Granulated Sugar, 2 TbspWater, 3/4 Cup
Directions
Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl,
add all remaining ingrediants into the same bowl,
beat on high until smooth
Cook in a frying pan, lightly coating the pan with spray canola oil between each pancake.
Cook on first side until a few bubbles appear, flip over and cook for a further one minute or so.

I serve these with 1/4 cup mixed fruit.
