Grandma Anderson's Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1/2 green cabbage, sliced1 large can diced tomatoes1 can Herford Corned Beef1 cup frozen corn1 cup frozen chopped green beans1 cup frozen peas1 onion chopped1 litre low sodium chicken brothwater as needed
Directions
n a large stock pot, combine cabbage, tomatoes, corned beef, corn, onion and broth. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 2 hours. If needed, add water occassionally to stop from drying out.

Add peas, beans and simmer for 1/2 hour more. Serve with home made bread

Serving Size: makes 12 servings of 2 bones with meat
