Asian-inspired salad dressing

Ingredients
1/4 C Canola (or other light) oil1/4 C Rice Wine Vinegar3 Tbsp peanut butter (smooth is suggested, but chunk works too)2 Tbsp soy sauce1 tsp grated ginger root1/8 - 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (more or less, to taste)
Directions
MIX together!! Ingredients will separate if left sit... so stir before adding to salad.

Serving Size: makes enough for approximately 10 servings (depends on the size of the salad)
