Corn Crusted Yogurt Tilapia

Ingredients
2 - 4oz Tilapia Fillets1/2 Cup Nonfat Yogurt1/2 Cup Yellow Corn Meal1/2 tsp Lemon Juice1/2 tsp Tabasco1/8 tsp Oregano
Directions
1 Combine yogurt, lemon juice, and hot sauce.
2 Add fish fillets to marinate for 15 minutes.
3 Drain fish and coat with cornmeal and oregano.
4 Use oil to pan fry fish 3-4 minutes on each side.
5 Serve with lemon and/or tartar sauce.
