Bread Rounds-Low Carb

Ingredients
2/3 cups almond flour-or alternative 3 eggs - set one egg white aside1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder2 tsp xylitol4 tbs olive oil
Directions
Beat 1 egg white in bowl until stiff, set aside.
Mix other ingredients in bowl, then fold the egg white in gently--don't over fold so you won't break the egg white. This will give them a little height.
Drop from tblsp on cookie sheet and spread outward into circles but not too thin, you want to get about 6 out of the batter. I use a tbsp and drop six of them, then add 1 tbsp to each equally until all the batter is gone. Bake at 350 until golden brown in preheated oven.
