Flax Muffin

Ingredients
1/4 c ground flax1 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar)1 tbsp almond milk (or milk)1 tsp baking powder1/4 of an apple, chopped small1 egg1 tbsp coconut oil (or butter)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a cute mug. Place in microwave for 90 seconds. Turn mug upside down onto a plate. Should have a cute little muffin!

Great with bananas in it, or blueberries, or raisins, etc.
