Pork/Beef Wonton

8oz ground pork8oz ground beef1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp garlic powder1 tsp ground ginger1 spring onion, chopped.21 wonton wrappers1 egg, beaten
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together well. Put in refrigerator and marinate over night.
Beat an egg in a bowl. With a pastry brush, brush the edges of wonton wrappers with the egg. Roll the meat mixture into balls weighing approximately 3/4oz (20g). Put in the center of wonton and seal closed. Repeat for remaining meat balls.
Cook in a bamboo steamer, pan fry, or use in a soup!
