Wonton Pork/Beef Balls

Ingredients
8oz ground pork 8oz ground beef 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp ground ginger 1 spring onion, chopped.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together well. Put in refrigerator and marinate over night.

Roll into 3/4oz balls and add to wontons or soup.
