Steamed Rice Pudding (indiv serve)

Ingredients
4 Tablepsoons (140g) pre cooked white rice1/2 cup milk (reduced fat)1 egg - separated1 tablespoon Sugar
Directions
Put the rice, milk, sugar and egg yolks into the top of a double boiler (or a bowl that will fit into a pot) and mix well.
Put water in the bottom of the double boiler (or in a pot that the bowl will sit over) and bring gently to the boil. Turn down the heat and steam for approximately 30 mins or until the rice has absorbed all the milk.
In the meantime, whip the egg whites until firm.
When rice is ready, fold through the egg whites and serve immediately with a drizzle of golden syrup.
