Albacore tuna in lettuce wrap (low low carb!)

Ingredients
1 can of your favorite albacore tuna in water2 tbsp of mayo (this recipe was made with regular fat mayo, but you can definitly lessen the calories by going low cal mayo) 1 1/2 tbsp dill relish2 large leaf of iceburg lettuce
Directions
Drain your tuna and pour it into a bowl. Mash up the tuna to make it easier to spread.
Add in the 2 tbsps of may and the 1 1/2 tbsp of relish. Mix well.
Carefully pull two leafs of iceburg lettuce off the head of lettuce.
Put half of your tuna into each of the leafs of lettuce and roll them up.
Enjoy!
