Cabbage Broccolli Indian Curry

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped *Broccoli, 1 cup *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp Green Chillies 1 tsp Paprika powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp *Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Mustard seeds, 1tsp *Urad Dal, 1 tsp *Turmeric, 1 tsp Water, 1/2 cup
Directions
Wash Cabbage and cut into small pieces
Wash Brocolli florets
Chop ginger and into small pieces
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin powder, mustard seeds and Urad dal
Once Urad dal becomes brown add ginger and Coriander leaves to the pan and fry for 2 seconds
Add cabbage and broccolli and fry for 2 minutes
Add tumeric powder, paprika powder and salt
Add little water
Mix well
Cover and cook till the vegetables are cooked properly
Cook for 10 minutes till vegetables are tender and all the water has been absorbed
Serve hot with chapati, roti or rice
