Turkey and Tomato Pasta

14 oz Pasta (Barilla Pasta Plus or whole wheat pasta)1lb Extra lean ground turkey breast1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 c chopped onions2 cloved garlic, minced1 can diced tomatoes2 cans tomato sauce1 tsp salt1 tbsp pepper1 tbsp oregano2 tbsp basil1 tsp thyme1 tbsp rosemaryMay substitue 2-3 tbsp italian seasoning for spices1.2 c grated parmesean cheese
Coat the bottom of a large skillet with olive oil. Combine turkey, onions, salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook on med-high until meat is browned. Reduce heat to med and add garlic. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and all herbs and bring to a boil for 2-3 min. Reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 15 min. Meanwhile, boil pasta according to package directions. When pasta is done, toss with sauce. Garnish with parmesan.
