Quick fix stuffed green pepper

Ingredients
1 large or 2 medium bell peppers1 cup Prego chunky garden spaghetti sauce1 cup (prepared) Minute rice2 oz (.25 cup) Shredded mexican blend cheese2 oz cooked (drained and rinsed ) ground beef
Directions
Wash Bell peppers and cut out seeds.
blanch if desired
cook minute rice
cook, drain and rinse ground beef
mix beef,rice,cheese and spaghetti sauce together
fill peppers and bake at 350F for 20-30 minute
For an even quicker meal add diced bell peppers to the mix and serve
