Thai Peanut Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
8oz ground turkey1 medium carrot, shredded1 large scallion, minced1/4 tsp sesame oil1 tsp chili garlic sauce (sriracha)2 tbsp natural peanut butterfreshly ground salt & pepper1/2 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Combine burger ingredients a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Form the turkey mixture into two patties. Cook for about 7-10 minutes per side, until cooked through.

These are great with cilantro-chili mayo on a whole wheat bun.
