Cajun Shrimp Pasta

1 box Fiber Gourmet noodles, short fettuccine1 package frozen shrimp8oz neufchatel cheese1C chicken broth1 large bag of frozen broccoli1C parmesan cheese2 cloves garlic1 package button mushrooms1 red bell peppersaltpeppercajun seasoning
Cook pasta according to package directions
Heat a large skillet to meadium-high heat. Add cream cheese and chicken broth. Stirring regularly, cook for 3-4 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Add the parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
In a seperate skillet, high-med. heat, place shrimp and season well with cajun seasoning. Leave for 1 minute, or until one side is seared. Cook one minute longer, seasoning again, on the other side.
Once the shrimp are done, add them to the cheese mixture.
Drain pasta, add cheese and shrimp mixture. Garnish with scallions. Enjoy!
