1 cup cold raw Goat milk1 raw egg yolk from pastured chickens2 TBS natural peanut butter1 TBS natural cocoa powder1 tsp Vanilla1 TBS Extra Virgin Coconut Oil1 small to medium ripe banana1 TBS Honey or to taste3-4 ice cubes or you can freeze the banana or part of the Goat milk ahead of time.
Place all ingredients except Banana and Ice Cubes in blender, blend until smooth. Add Banana & Ice Cubes and blend on high until well blended.
Serving Size: 1- 2 cup serving or 2 - 1 cup servings
