Thai Red Curry Chicken

Ingredients
4 oz. Boneless Skinless chicken breast2 long beans cut into 2 inch pieces1 Thai Basil leaf cut into thin strips1 tbsp oil1-1/2 Red Curry Paste2 tsp sugar - homemade1/3 cup coconut milk1/4 cup water
Directions
Heat small pot with oil
Saute red curry paste until aromatic
Add chicken, stir well
Add coconut milk, water, long beans, thai basil, and bring to boil
Add sugar
Stir constantly for 1- seconds
Serve with hot jasmine rice
