Shrimp Scampi Pasta

Ingredients
8 oz dry Whole Wheat Fettucine5 garlic cloves, sliced12 oz. Shrimp, peeled and deveinedlemon juice of 2 lemons2 T. white wine4 cup fresh spinach, sliced1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes3 T. EVOO8 Basil leaves, sliced
Directions
Bring water to a boil and boil fettucine per package instructions.

In the meantime, saute garlic and tomatoes in EVOO and add shrimp and turn cooking through. Remove shrimp and set aside. Add lemon juice, basil and white wine. Cook till bubbling. Add spinach and toss, Turn off heat and add shirmp back to pan to warm back up.

Toss pasta with the sauce plus 1 cup of the pasta water.
