1/2 C Oats1/3 C Nonfat Milk3 Egg whites1/3 C Pumpkin, canned3 Scoops/Servings Unflavored Whey Protein

Begin by preheating belgian waffle iron.

Put oats in blender and blend until powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Treat waffle iron with preferred non-stick method and pour batter in evenly over each section of iron, close and let cook according to iron instructions.
