Sweet potato and cranberries

Ingredients
4 c cubed sweet potato1 c whole fresh cranberries1 apple, peeled and cubed1 T splenda1t curry powder1 t cinnamon1 t mace1/2 t red chili flakes1 t cumin
Directions
Put all ingredients into a large frying pan, add a little water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.

    I made this with a slight variation with the spices. I used honey instead of splenda. I don't use artifical sweeteners. My husband and I both enjoyed it. i will serve it to my grandchildren on the weekend. - 10/29/08
