Spicy Ginger Tequila Marinated Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
1 1/2c Red, Orange, and Yellow Bell Peppers, rough Chopped (about 1/2 of each pepper)8 small Button Mushrooms8oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, Cut into cubes4 pieces Marinated Artichoke Heart quarters1/2c Shallots, large chopped piecesSpicy Ginger Tequila Chicken Marinade
Directions
Cut chicken and vegetables into chunks. Place all of them into a large plastic bag with the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours at least. Place vegetables and chicken on skewers and grill until chicken is cooked through.
